Description
A rustic and distinctive sandwich that really satisfies.
Ingredients
| 4 each | Pita Breads, sliced in half |
| 1 lb. | Ham, diced |
| 1 lb. | Breakfast Builders™ Pre-cooked Scrambled Eggs, thawed |
| 8 oz. | Cooked Hash Brown Potatoes |
| 8 slices | Havarti Cheese |
| Salt, Pepper |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350˚ F.
- Combine eggs, ham, and hash browns. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place one slice of havarti in each pita pocket.
- Divide egg mixture among pita pockets and wrap sandwiches in foil.
- Place on sheet pan and bake sandwiches for 15 minutes prior to service.
