Description
A healthy hearty breakfast. Serve with fruit for a delicious breakfast on the lighter side.
Ingredients
| 2 cups | Broccoli, chopped |
| 2 Cups | Tomatoes, seeded and diced |
| 4 oz. | Jack Cheese, shredded |
| 8 oz. | Cheddar Cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 cup | All Purpose Flour |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
| 1 cup | 1% or Skim Milk |
| 2 cups | Wellness Selections® Low Sodium Liquid Egg Product |
Preparation
- Heat oven to 350˚ F.
- Prep 8" x 8" baking pan with pan release spray.
- Layer vegetables and cheese in pan.
- Mix flour, salt, milk, and egg until smooth. Pour over cheese and vegetables.
- Bake uncovered 40 - 45 minutes, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
