Description

A healthy hearty breakfast. Serve with fruit for a delicious breakfast on the lighter side.

Ingredients

2 cups Broccoli, chopped
2 Cups Tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 oz. Jack Cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup 1% or Skim Milk
2 cups Wellness Selections® Low Sodium Liquid Egg Product

 

Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 350˚ F.
  2. Prep 8" x 8" baking pan with pan release spray.
  3. Layer vegetables and cheese in pan.
  4. Mix flour, salt, milk, and egg until smooth. Pour over cheese and vegetables.
  5. Bake uncovered 40 - 45 minutes, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
