- Hold at 140°F or above for service
Soft Taco Option
- Warm tortillas until pliable
- Hold covered until service
- Heat taco shells according to manufacturer instructions, if desired
- Hold warm and crisp
Assembly
- Portion 2 oz. EggStravaganza® into folded soft tortillas or hard taco shells.
