Tater Tot Casserole

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Lightly grease 4 full size hotel pans.
3. In a large bowl, mix Precooked Scrambled Eggs, tater tots, gravy and ½ the
   cheddar cheese. Spread evenly into prepared pans and sprinkle top with additional
   shredded cheddar.
4. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, lightly browned and tater tots are heated
   through (roughly 22 minutes).
5. Serve immediately or cover and hold warm until service.
