Liquid Eggs
Egg Muffins
Serving Size: 1 Dozen Medium Size

Ingredients
- 18 oz. Sunny Fresh® Liquid Egg Product
- 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 oz. cooked sausage crumbles
- 3 oz. cooked bacon, chopped
- 12 muffin cups
- Non-stick spray as needed
- Muffin pan
Preparation
- Preheat and oven to 350ºF
- Place muffin cups into the muffin pan and then spray with non-stick spray
- Mix liquid egg and all ingredients in a large bowl
- Pour mixture evenly into the 12 muffin cups
- Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until the eggs are set
