Egg Muffins

Serving Size: 1 Dozen Medium Size

Egg Muffins


  • 18 oz. Sunny Fresh® Liquid Egg Product 
  • 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 3 oz. cooked sausage crumbles 
  • 3 oz. cooked bacon, chopped 
  • 12 muffin cups 
  • Non-stick spray as needed 
  • Muffin pan


  1. Preheat and oven to 350ºF
  2. Place muffin cups into the muffin pan and then spray with non-stick spray
  3. Mix liquid egg and all ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Pour mixture evenly into the 12 muffin cups
  5. Cook for approximately 12 minutes or until the eggs are set
